We, Ashlyn, my cousin Jessica, and myself, spent the Sunday afternoon with a few ladies having English tea. We went to Lisa’s Tea Treasures in Campbell. The place was nice. A little shop in the front, and 3 seating sections in the back. There were about 10 of us, so they set a private area for us, pretty nice.
What’s the occasion? Well, the bride-t0-be, Erin, sister of a good friend of mine, set up this get together for her bridal party, the girls, to meet each other and update us on the event. Why we were invited? Simply I will be her banquet coordinator. Jessica, whom they knew each other since first grade, will be one of her bridesmaids. Ashlyn, will be her flowergirl. That’s why.
This is Ashlyn’s 2nd time dining at an English tea house. The first time was couple months ago, for Auntie Elaine’s baby shower. She wasn’t really into it. This time, she kept asking me questions about tea, tea leaves, tea pots and everything she saw there. She enjoyed the tea experience very much, and here is the proof. See it for yourself.
Ashlyn took some snap shots of her food and desert as well.
